By accessing or using our Site, or by purchasing our artisan-crafted watch straps and bracelets, you ("you", "your") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

1. ARTISAN CRAFT & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Keilora specializes in artisan-crafted goods. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Handmade Nature: Since our watch straps and bracelets are artisan-made, there may be slight variations in color, stitching, and texture between the product images on the Site and the item you receive. These are not defects but a hallmark of handmade quality.

  • Material Variations: Natural materials, particularly leather, may feature unique markings, scars, or grain patterns.

  • Compatibility: While we provide dimensions and lug-width specifications, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the strap is compatible with their specific watch model. Keilora is not responsible for damage to watches caused by improper installation or incorrect sizing.

2. USE OF THE SITE

You may use www.keilora.com only for lawful purposes and personal, non-commercial use.

  • Restrictions: You may not use the Site to resell products for commercial profit without our express written consent.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on this Site, including product photography, logos, artisan descriptions, and designs is the property of Keilora and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. TERMS OF SALE

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. This may happen due to limited artisan availability, inaccuracies in product pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs or potential import duties/taxes for international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Custom Orders: If you order a custom-sized or bespoke artisan piece, these items are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Keilora ships to various locations globally. While we provide estimated delivery dates, these are not guarantees. Keilora is not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or "Events Outside Our Control" (such as natural disasters or global logistical disruptions).

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your watch strap or bracelet must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, uncreased, and without any buckle marks. * Return Window: You must initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exclusions: Personalized items, custom-made straps, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

  • Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEILORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM A PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT IN QUESTION. We are not responsible for any damage to your watch (including scratches or spring-bar failure) resulting from the use or installation of our straps.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Site or products purchased from Keilora will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

  • Individual Basis: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

  • Waiver of Jury Trial: You and Keilora both waive any right to a jury trial.

8. GOVERNING LAW

By using www.keilora.com, you agree that the laws of your registered business jurisdiction, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

Keilora reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
