This Shipping Policy for Keilora outlines how we handle the delivery of our artisan-crafted watch straps and bracelets. Since our products are often handmade to order, please review these terms to understand our timelines and procedures.
1. Processing & Production Times

In-Stock Items: Orders for ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items: Because many of our artisan watch straps are crafted specifically for you, production can take 5–10 business days before the item is dispatched.

Business Days: Our processing and production times refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Domestic & International Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited options.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide to most countries. Please note that transit times for international orders can vary significantly depending on the destination and local customs processing.
3. Custom Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Keilora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. * All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local duties/taxes, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has reached the carrier. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Items
Keilora is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon arrival to assist with your claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Keilora is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
8. Delivery Issues (Marked as Delivered but Not Received)
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Keilora cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.
